TITLE: Toll Road Reststop
DESCRIPTION: Wow, this was a NICE bathroom. I said how nice it was.
The response? "Well, of course - it's a toll road, so they have money to put into making it nice." Really? It doesn't
always work out that way in the US! (The only exception being an environmentally friendly water recycling bathroom
on the East Coast.)
