TITLE: Parked Bicycles
DESCRIPTION: I seem to remember these casually
parked bicycles may have had some lightweight theft-protection, but it certainly didn't impress me.
I'm used to seeing (in Massachusetts) frames and single wheels left chained where there had once been a whole bicycle.
Japan is still different from the US.
